Authors Visits
Prep pupils have had quite a few authors visit them this term.
Eloise Smith
We were delighted to host Eloise Smith today, a children’s author with an impressive career as both an Olympic fencer and Commonwealth fencing champion. Joined by children from The Alton School, Eloise inspired pupils to pursue their dreams and finished by signing copies of her books for them.
Robert Tregoning
We had the pleasure of welcoming author, Robert Tregoning , to the Pre-prep school to talk about his new book, ‘Dress in the Window’. He read his new book to Kindergarten, Prep 1 and Prep 2 pupils along with dancing to music in different costumes. Pupils drew pictures to show when and where they'd wear outfits, part of Robert's idea generation before writing.
