Prep 5 visit to the Rose Theatre, Kingston
On Tuesday, Prep 5 had a fantastic trip to the Rose Theatre Kingston to see the stage adaptation of The Boy at the Back of the Class.
Pupils thoroughly enjoyed the performance and gained a deeper understanding of the story’s themes of kindness, empathy and friendship, sparking thoughtful discussions and building on our reading of the book during the Autumn Term. The pupils represented Ibstock Place brilliantly throughout the day, showing excellent manners, enthusiasm and maturity. We were especially proud of how sensible and well-behaved they were while travelling on the train, making the whole experience both enjoyable and memorable for everyone involved.
